How To Make: Vegan Banana Pancakes!

This recipe is so easy and nutritious!

PS: This recipe makes about 10 pancakes.


Ingredients:

1 3/4 Cups Of Oats

4 Bananas

1/4 Cup Of Vegan Milk

1 TBSP Of Vegan Butter

1/2 TSP Of Baking Powder

1/2 TSP Of Cinnamon

Optional Add-Ins:

1/4 Cup Of Vegan Chocolate Chips


Directions:

In a large bowl, smash your bananas with a fork and set that bowl aside for now.

In a large blender, blend up your oats until they are blended into a coarse powder.

Then pour every other ingredient, including the bananas, except for the chocolate chips, into the blender.

Remove the blade from the blender.

Next, add your chocolate chips into the blender and fold them in with a spatula.

Get a pan and spray it with cooking oil.

Pour about 1/2 a cup of pancake batter onto the pan and spread into a pancake shape and size.

Wait about 3 minutes before flipping the pancakes and flip.

Cook on the other side and repeat until you've finished your batter.

Serve with fruit, whipped cream, syrup, etc. and enjoy!
