How To Make: Greek Chicken Pasta Salad!

This recipe is delicious, healthy, and super refreshing!

PS: This recipe makes 2-3 servings.


Ingredients:

Salad:

1/2 Head Of Romaine Lettuce

1/2 English Cucumber (Par-Skinned & Deseeded)

1/3 Small Red Onion (Thinly Sliced)

3/4 Cup Of Bow Tie Pasta (Uncooked)

1 Rotisserie Chicken Breast (Diced)

1/2 Cup Of Feta Crumbles

Dressing:

The Juice Of 1/2 Large Lemon

1/2 TSP Of Fresh Garlic

1/3 TSP Of Poppy Seeds

1/3 TSP Of Oregano

1/4 TSP Of Black Pepper

1/2 TSP Of Salt

2 TBSP Of Feta Cheese


Directions:

Start off by starting a pot of boiling water, to cook the bow ties.

Once it is boiling, pour in the bow ties and cook it for about 15-20 minutes.

While it's cooking, thoroughly wash and prep your veggies.

Chop the lettuce, dice the cucumber, and thinly slice the onions, and set aside.

Feel free to also put tomatoes into this salad. They would go great in it!

Dice the chicken and crumble the feta, if it is not already crumbled, and set aside.

Into a blender pour in all the dressing ingredients and blend until smooth.

Once the bow ties are cooked, pour it into a sieve to strain out the water.

Then into a large serving bowl, pour the veggies, followed by the bow ties, chicken, and cheese.

Drizzle in the dressing and use large wooden serving spoons to mix.

Serve and enjoy!
