How To Make A: Creamy & Cheesy Pumpkin Sauce!

This recipe is so good and healthy!

PS: This recipe makes about 3 servings.


Ingredients:

1/4 Of A Pumpkin (Or 1 15oz Can Of Pumpkin Purée)

2/3 Cup Of Milk

1/2 Cup Of Shredded Mozzarella

2 TBSP Of Cream Cheese

2 TSP Of Oil

1/8 Cup Of Onion (Finely Diced)

1 TSP Of Fresh Garlic (Minced)

3 Leaves Of Fresh Basil

1 TSP Of Salt

3/4 TSP Of Paprika

3/4 TSP Of Italian Seasoning

3/4 TSP Of White Pepper

1/2 TSP Of Black Pepper

1/2 TSP Of Garlic Powder

1/2 TSP Of Onion Powder


Directions:

If you are using fresh pumpkin, you will have to peel the skin off, dice into 1 inch pieces, boil it until soft, and blend it until it resembles purée, to prep it for this recipe.

Into a small pan, pour in the oil, followed by the fresh onion and garlic and let simmer for about 1 minute to release their flavors.

Into a larger saucepan, pour in the puréed pumpkin, oil and aromatics, spices, milk and cheeses.

Whisk everything until it's fully combined.

Adjust to taste.

Serve with cooked pasta, garnish with fresh basil, and enjoy.
