How To Make: Vegan Banana Bread!

This recipe smells so good while making, baking, and eating it!
PS: This recipe makes 1-2 loaves.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Of Flour
1 Cup Of Sugar
1 TSP Of Baking Soda
1/2 TSP Of Salt
1/2 TSP Of Cinnamon
1 Stick (1/2 - 3/4 Cup) Of Vegan Butter
3 Bananas (Ripe)
2 8oz Containers of Apple Sauce (16oz Total)
1 TSP Of Vanilla Extract
Optional Add-Ins:
1 Cup Of Vegan Chocolate
1 Cup Of Walnuts or Mixed Nuts
1 Cup Of Fruit (Dried/Fresh)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°.
Take a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl soften/melt your vegan butter in the microwave, then add in the bananas and mash until smooth.
PS: The darker the banana, the sweeter and softer it will be, which is perfect for baking.
Add your apple sauce and vanilla to your mashed banana mixture and use your fork to mix together.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix together.
Add in your toppings of choice and mix them together.
Lastly, add your batter to a loaf pan and cook for about 40 mins - 1 hour.
Let it cool, slice, and enjoy.
