How To Make: Homemade Sweet Potato Chips!

This recipe is fun to make and tastes delicious!
PS: This recipe makes about 3 Cups Of Sweet Potato Chips.
Ingredients:
1-2 Large Sweet Potatoes
1/2 TSP Of Salt (I Suggest To Use Sea Salt Or Himalayan Salt)
Directions:
First, start off by using a vegetable peeler to peel your sweet potatoes.
Next, wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, under the sink.
Then, slice them into 1/8 of an inch chips using either a knife, a mandoline, or a food slicer.
It may be tough using a knife; using a mandoline is easier, and using a food slicer is easiest.
In a frying pan, add about 2 inches oil and heat it to medium-high heat.
After about 3 minutes of waiting for the oil to heat up, slowly drop your chips into the oil.
Do not overcrowd the frying pan, instead fry in batches.
I ended up frying the chips in 4 batches.
You want them to be a light brown color (about 8 minutes of cooking).
Drain off the oil and place the chips on a plate with a paper towel on it to soak up the oil.
Then immediately sprinkle salt onto them.
Lastly, let them cool down and enjoy.
