How To Make: Roasted Potato Wedges!

This recipe is my favorite with steak and green beans, and also tastes delicious!

PS: This recipe makes about 4 servings.


Ingredients:

6 Medium Russet Wedges

1/4 Cup Of Oil

1/2 TSP Of Salt

1/2 TSP Of Black Pepper

1/2 TSP Of Chili Powder

1/2 TSP Of Garlic Powder

1/2 TSP Of Onion Powder

1/2 TSP Of Dried Rosemary


Directions:

Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into wedges.

Place them into a pot of boiling water to parboil for 15 minutes.

Then place them into a large bowl and mix in the oil and spices.

Preheat your oven to 425° on convection roast.

Pour the potatoes onto a large baking sheet and place them into the oven.

Cook them for 20 minutes, and then flip them and cook for an additional 15 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
