This recipe is quick and easy!
PS: This recipe makes 1 serving.
Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Of Tapioca Bubbles
1 TBSP Of Brown Sugar
1 Tea Bag
15 Ice Cubes
About 11 Cups Of Water
Directions:
Place about 10 cups of water into a pot and let the water boil.
Once it is boiling, put your tapioca bubbles into the water.
Do not touch them and wait five minutes for the bubbles to cook.
While you wait for them to cook, prepare your simple syrup.
Add 1 cup of hot water with 1 TBSP of brown sugar to a bowl.
Mix until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Add about 10 ice cubes into a different bowl.
Use a slotted spoon to fish out your bubbles and place them into the bowl with ice.
Try to fish them out quickly because the longer you take, the more bubbles sink to the bottom and the water will get foggy and difficult to spot the bubbles.
Let the bubbles cool down.
While you're waiting, prepare your tea the way you like it.
Mix your bubbles and simple syrup and let the bubbles soak in the sweetness from the simple syrup.
Add 5 ice cubes to your cup.
Add your bubble mixture and your tea into your cup.
Place a straw and enjoy.
