How To Make: Fettuccine Alfredo!

This recipe is so cheesy and creamy!

PS: This recipe makes about 3-4 servings.


Ingredients:

8 Ounces Of Fettuccine Noodles

2 1/2 Cups Of Milk

1/2 Cup Of Grated Parmesan

4 Ounces Of Cream Cheese

3 TBSP Of Flour

1 TSP Of Salt

1 TBSP Of Butter

1 TBSP Of Minced Garlic

Optional Add-Ins:

2-3 Pre-Cooked & Pre-Sliced Chicken Breasts

Optional Toppings:

Parsley/Cilantro/Basil


Directions:

Boil your fettuccine noodles, strain, and set aside for now.

In your blender, add your milk, cream cheese, flour, and salt and blend until smooth.

In a pan on medium heat, melt your butter and saute garlic.

Add your blended milk mixture to the pan and stir until it begins to simmer.

Continue stirring until the sauce reaches your desired thickness.

PS: Do not add more flour to the sauce if it looks too thin, the cheese will thicken it up.

Add your cheese and chicken (if you want) to the pan.

Pour your fettuccine noodles into the pan and mix together.

It should look like this:

Serve onto a plate, garnish with your herb of choice, and enjoy.
