How To Make A: Strawberry & Spinach Smoothie!

This recipe is easy, healthy, and delicious!
PS: This recipe makes 1-2 servings.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Of Milk
1/4 Cup Of Plain Yogurt
2 Cups Of Baby Spinach
1 1/4 Cups Of Strawberries, Frozen Or Not
1 Banana, Frozen Or Not
2 TSP Of Chia Seeds
1/2 TBSP Of Honey
1/2 TSP Of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Of Ice
Directions:
This is really easy and quick.
Simply add all your ingredients to the blender and blend until fully blended together.
I suggest adding everything into the blender, in the order that they are listed above, because the milk and yogurt on the bottom help to make everything get evenly blended and smooth.
The strawberries and the banana overpower the flavor of the spinach and make it taste delicious!
Once you are done blending, pour it into a cup and enjoy!
