How To Make: 5-Ingredient Banana Pancakes!

This recipe is so easy and nutritious!

PS: This recipe makes about 5 pancakes.


Ingredients:

1 1/4 Cup Of Oats

3 Bananas

1 Egg

1 TSP Vanilla Extract

Optional Add-Ins:

2/3 Cup Of Chocolate Chips


Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, crack your eggs and set the bowl aside for now.

In a blender, blend up your oats until they are fine.

Put your blended oats into the bowl with the eggs.

Mash one banana either with a fork, or in the blender.

Pour your mashed banana into your mixing bowl.

Add your flour with the other ingredients.

Mix your eggs, oats, banana, and flour until they are evenly combined.

Add chocolate chips, or any add-in(s) (raisins, blueberries, etc.), and mix in.

Get a pan and spray it with cooking oil.

Pour about 1/2 a cup of pancake batter onto the pan and spread into a pancake shape and size.

Wait about 3 minutes before flipping the pancakes and flip.

Cook on the other side and repeat until you've finished your batter.

Serve with fruit, whipped cream, syrup, etc. and enjoy!
